In the context of a European initiative 'EIT-FOOD', our research group, and especially Marta Olivares and Rebeca Liébana, have participated in the development of a MOOC (Massive On-line Open Course) together with collaborators from the University of Turin (Italy), Microbion (Italy), Quadram institute (UK) and the University of Reading (UK).
